Sisiyi Falls is located about 6 kilometers from Buyaga Town, which lies along the Mbale-Moroto Road. To reach the falls from Mbale, you take Kumi Road, then turn right onto Sironko Road, and drive up to Buyaga Town. Then, turn right onto Simu-Pondo Road and drive 6 kilometers to arrive at the breathtaking Sisiyi Falls .

For visitors preferring public transport, public taxis run frequently from Mbale to Buyaga Town. You can find these taxis at the Mbale Taxi Park along Kumi Road and ask for those heading to Buyaga.
