Starting the hike from one trail and finishing from a different one gives you a multi-trail experience which offers breathtaking landscapes, unparalleled views of several Mt Elgon Peaks (Mubiyi, Masaba/Jackson, Koitobos, Sudek etc), and a deeper understanding of the mountain's diverse ecosystems.
